At Deeps Texstyles, we believe that sustainable textiles are made possible by responsible, well-equipped, and efficient factories. Our units combine modern infrastructure with ethical working conditions, giving us the flexibility to manage diverse product categories while ensuring consistent quality.

We currently operate three facilities in West Bengal, India - each with its own distinct role in our integrated supply chain. Most of these facilities have been with us for decades, a testament to our stability, reliability, and long-standing commitment to growth.

Akra Unit

  • Setup: 4 floors, 10,000 sq. ft.
  • Established: 1990s (our oldest production unit)
  • Core Functions: Printing and Stitching
  • Capacity: ~500,000 pieces/month - e.g., 100,000–500,000 bags or apparel pieces depending on mix
  • Focus: The Akra unit is our first factory, set up in the 1990s, and remains at the heart of our production story. It specialises in printing and stitching for promotional textiles and accessories. We also have peripheral production units around Akra, adding extra floor space and capacity as needed to handle surge orders.
Dankuni Unit

Dankuni Unit

  • Setup: 3 floors, 15,000 sq. ft.
  • Established: 2007 (in response to growing apparel production needs)
  • Core Functions: Cutting and Stitching
  • Capacity: ~200,000 pieces/month — e.g., 100,000–200,000 apparel units depending on style
  • Focus: The Dankuni unit is our main apparel and accessories hub, handling large-scale cutting and stitching operations. It was established in 2007 to expand into garment production. A dedicated 5,000 sq. ft. floor remains available for future expansion, ensuring scalability for large-volume orders.

Dakshineshwar Unit

  • Setup: Dedicated Warehouse Facility
  • Established: 2010s (developed as a logistics hub)
  • Core Functions: Storage of raw materials and finished goods
  • Capacity: ~500,000 finished pieces storage + raw material staging for ongoing production
  • Focus: The Dakshineshwar facility serves as our central warehouse, managing both incoming raw cotton/fabric and finished products ready for dispatch. It ensures smooth inventory management, efficient packing, and timely global deliveries. With controlled conditions and systematic processes, this unit plays a critical role in maintaining reliable logistics for our clients worldwide.
